Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was first purchased, and it must also be in the original packaging. Tracking numbers are required for returns. We are not liable for items lost in the mail.

Final sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded. Items purchased using a brand ambassadors discount code can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded.


Orders are processed immediately, therefore we are unable to process cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.

Defective Products

Prior to each shipment, our products are inspected by quality control to ensure they are working effectively according to the standards and regulations administered by Elon Novac. Each timepiece is handmade and therefore human errors could occur. Should you receive a defective product, we will replace it immediately. We offer a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may have a partial refund. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or verify with your credit card company as at times it takes a few days for a refund to be officially posted on the statement.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping times vary based on the volume of sales we are receiving. Due to covid-19, estimated shipping times that appear at checkout may be delayed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
