Refunds and exchanges must be completed within thirty days from the date of purchase. Order cancellations must be made within 30 minutes from your purchase.

2) How long does it take to ship orders?
Most orders will ship within 2-4 business days. You will receive an estimated time of arrival at checkout based on your choice of shipping method.
3) Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Elon Novac offers free worldwide shipping. Custom and duty fees may apply as our products are shipped from Canada.

We accept all major credit cards such as: MasterCard, Visa, and American express. You can pay by using your PayPal account for safe and easy transactions. All our transactions are Shopify and PayPal secured. You are welcome to attempt to use the prepaid visa, however this may or may not work depending on the permissions set for the card by the provider.
6) What social media platforms are authorized by Elon Novac?
All messages you receive on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter from @elonnovac are legitimate and authentic. Please be advised, we will never ask you for your personal information on these social media platforms.
7) What is your glass made of?
The glass we use for our watches are made of hardened mineral crystal. They are fingerprint proof and can be cleaned by using a microfiber cloth.

9) What type of leather do you use?
To show our support against animal cruelty, we use vegan leather for our straps.
10) How can I edit my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes at firstname.lastname@example.org and mention your order number. Once our hub has processed your order, we are unable to make changes.
11) Can I track the shipment of my order?
Once your order is assigned a tracking number, you will receive a confirmation email with the number. If you have not received this email within 2-4 business days of shipment confirmation, please contact us with your order confirmation number to obtain your tracking number.
12) Do you provide a user manual?
We are an eco-friendly company and try our best to reduce paper waste. Our manuals are no longer shipped with our timepieces as they are available online. 13) How do I verify the authenticity of my Elon Novac watch?
The only way to confirm your watch is authentic is by purchasing your EN timepiece directly from our website at elonnovac.com. We do not guarantee the authenticity on watches purchased through different mediums. Please keep your proof of purchase.
