1) What is your policy on exchanges, returns, cancellations or refunds?

Please contact us at info@elonnovac.com to process refunds, exchanges or returns. Your satisfaction and shopping experience is our top priority. Returns and exchanges must be completed within thirty days from the date of purchase at the customers shipping expenses. Orders are processed immediately, therefore we are unable to process cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.

2) How long does it take to ship orders?

Most orders will ship within 2-4 business days. You will receive an estimated time of arrival at checkout based on your choice of shipping method. Shipping times vary based on the volume of sales we are receiving. Due to covid-19, estimated shipping times that appear at checkout may be delayed. Shipping times also vary based on your country. We ship all products from Canada.

3) Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Elon Novac offers worldwide shipping. Customs and duty fees may apply if you are outside of Canada. This fee is charged by your country and is not covered by Elon Novac.

4) I received the wrong item

We are sorry to hear you did not receive the correct item! Kindly send us an email and we'll have this fixed for you.

5) What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards such as: MasterCard, Visa, and American express. You can pay by using your PayPal account for safe and easy transactions. All our transactions are Shopify and PayPal secured. You are welcome to attempt to use the prepaid visa, however this may or may not work depending on the permissions set for the card by the provider.

6) What social media platforms are authorized by Elon Novac?

All messages you receive on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter from @elonnovac are legitimate and authentic. Please be advised, we will never ask you for your personal information on these social media platforms. 

 7) What is your glass made of?

The glass we use for our watches are made of hardened mineral crystal. They are fingerprint proof and can be cleaned by using a microfiber cloth. 

8) How do I become an official re-seller of Elon Novac?

9) What type of leather do you use?

To show our support against animal cruelty, we use vegan leather for our straps.

10) How can I edit my order?

If you need to update your shipping address, kindly email us ASAP. Once our hub has processed your order, we are unable to make changes.

11) Can I track the shipment of my order?

Our products are shipped from Canada. We do not offer tracking numbers on our packages. However, you will receive a confirmation email once your package ships and an estimated date of arrival is noted at checkout.

12) Do you provide a user manual? 

We are an eco-friendly company and try our best to reduce paper waste. Our manuals are no longer shipped with our timepieces as they are available online. If you prefer a paper copy, please request one via email once you place your order. Please click here to download our user manuals in PDF format. 

13) How do I verify the authenticity of my Elon Novac watch?

The only way to confirm your watch is authentic is by purchasing your EN timepiece directly from our website at elonnovac.com. We do not guarantee the authenticity on watches purchased through different mediums. Please keep your proof of purchase.

Elon Novac offers a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects. EN will replace your battery at no cost for one year. Additional shipping charges may apply.
